Unlock Innovation: Explore Our 3D Printing Services
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is an innovative technology that enables the creation of three-dimensional objects from digital designs. It involves the layer-by-layer deposition of plastic materials to build intricate structures with precision and accuracy.
At the core of our 3D printing service is FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, a revolutionary process that brings digital designs to life layer by layer. It’s similar to constructing a skyscraper, but instead of bricks, we use specialized thermoplastic materials precisely layered together. Each part’s orientation is carefully selected, where we consider expected forces and ensure structural integrity. Supports act as scaffolding, providing stability during printing and ensuring the integrity of your designs.

01
3D Model
To initiate the process, we first create a digital model of the object. This is accomplished either through CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, which allows for precise design and modeling, or by a 3D scanner to accurately replicate an existing part.
02
Slicing Software
Following the creation of the 3D model, it’s imported into our printing software. Here, we adjust settings for the material and desired print quality. These settings are then converted into G-code, the language that instructs the 3D printer on the specific actions to execute during the printing process.
03
Printing
Each time a new print is initiated, our machines undergo thorough calibration processes. This encompasses a detailed flow calibration utilizing a 7 μm micro LiDAR, effective vibration and resonance compensation, and the integration of an AI-powered camera for real-time monitoring.
04
Post Processing
After the print is complete, the removal of support structures is necessary. We employ a specialized support plastic interface material designed not to bond with the primary material. This approach enhances the surface finish quality in areas that required support.
Materials
Equipped with a ventilation system, we proudly offer a versatile selection of eight different types of plastics for 3D printing. Our portfolio includes a variety of materials, ranging from eco-friendly bioplastics and elastic, rubber-like plastics to durable carbon fiber nylon. This array ensures we can accommodate a wide array of printing needs, providing tailored solutions for diverse applications.

FDM
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing builds objects layer-by-layer by extruding thermoplastic filaments, ideal for cost-effective prototyping and functional parts.
SLA
SLA (Stereolithography) operates by using a laser to cure liquid resin into a solid form in a layer-by-layer fashion. It’s renowned for high precision and fine detail, making it suitable for high detailed models.
SLS
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) uses a laser to sinter powdered material, binding it together to create a solid structure. This method is known for producing durable parts with complex geometries.
MJF
MJF (Multi Jet Fusion), developed by HP, involves laying down a layer of powder and then selectively applying a fusing agent via inkjet heads, followed by heating to create the final part.
FDM: Right for You?
