This encompasses firearms, firearm components, ammunition, bladed weapons, explosive devices, and any other items designed to cause bodily harm. Critical Parts Definition: For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “critical parts” are defined as components or products that are essential to the safety, performance, or regulatory compliance of a larger system, where failure of such parts could result in significant harm, injury, death, or legal liability.
Exclusion of Liability: 3D Printing Room does not design, manufacture, or produce any parts that are classified as critical parts. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that all products and components produced by 3D Printing Room are not intended for use as critical parts. We shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our products as critical parts in any application.
Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the parts you request to be manufactured by 3D Printing Room are not critical parts. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3D Printing Room from any liability arising from the misuse of our products in applications that require critical parts.
20. Exclusion of Toy and Aerospace Manufacturing
No Toy Manufacturing: 3D Printing Room does not design, manufacture, or produce any items intended for use as toys or for children’s use. All products created through our services are intended for use by adults or in applications that do not involve toys or children’s products. We shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our products as toys or in children’s applications.
No Aerospace Manufacturing: 3D Printing Room does not design, manufacture, or produce any parts or components intended for use in aerospace applications, including but not limited to aircraft, spacecraft, or any related systems. We shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our products in aerospace applications.
Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the parts you request to be manufactured by 3D Printing Room are not used in toys or aerospace applications. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3D Printing Room from any liability arising from the misuse of our products in such applications.
21. Waiver
The failure of 3D Printing Room to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
