Order Cancellation

  1. Before Manufacturing Begins: Orders can be canceled only if manufacturing has not yet commenced. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission and contact us immediately if a cancellation is needed.
  2. After Manufacturing Begins: Once an order has begun the manufacturing process, we cannot accept cancellations. This is due to the custom nature of 3D printing, where resources are allocated and used once manufacturing starts.

Refund Policy

  1. Requesting a Refund: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss a potential solution. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues with your order.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as issues with the quality of the product or discrepancies from the specifications provided. The decision for a refund is at the discretion of 3D Printing Room, and we aim to resolve all concerns fairly and amicably.
  3. Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the transaction to be completed, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Refundable Services

  • CAD Design and 3D Scanning: Please note that all services related to CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and 3D scanning are non-refundable once work has commenced. These are highly customized services tailored to your specific requirements, involving significant expertise and time investment.
